It has been a good week for me. I heard from my sister who has inspired me to keep on my eating plan. She has suggested cabbage soup so Monday I am going to try it. On a cold wintry day I need something warm to have for an evening meal. I am down another 1/2 pound and that makes me happy. I just have to be cautious tomorrow for the Super bowl get together snack fest.
I am using Slimfast Advanced nutrition for a fill in. It is light but filling and has only 1 net carb per bottle.
80.3 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I love cabbage so much I've been eating too much. It has a lot more sugar than I realized when I start counting up the multiple servings. So, no more cabbage for me in the foreseeable future. Good luck with the Super Bowl!
