Went for my annual physical yesterday and I was shocked that their scales added about 5 pounds to what my home digital scale says. So my doc handed me a paper about "counting calories." All stats were pretty good except for my blood sugar being 104, and all I'd had for breakfast 2 hrs prior was a low-sugar protein bar. Even my cholesterol was within normal ranges and BP was 120/84.

Now if I can just avoid those damn Girl Scout cookies sitting on the dining table. I ordered 3 boxes and Mr C upped it to 7 boxes. Whyyyy?

I can feel spring in the air, although it's still fairly chilly. I feel fairly hopeful today, like I can make a fresh start.
91.5 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 23.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
