I know I am sporadic about getting on site and recording my food, but I have been good for a week now and it is paying off. I just had to leave the cookies and snacks alone and get down to business. I know it isn't easy, but I love the results. It feels so good to see the scale go down. It is a lot better feeling than the one I get when I go off plan and eat just to be eating.
