It looks like I gained 3 pounds but I neglected to enter my weight for a while. I got up to 170 and I've been back on track for about a month or so. Really, I'm on my way back down.
74.8 kg Lost so far: 34.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
