This has been a good week! I've been very committed to exercising and it's working! I feel really great and today i rewarded myself with some new clothes. It was so good to fit into a smaller size. It's great motivation for me to continue to exercise and make healthy choices.
74.4 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
