I have started pre cleanse last night for the 3 day I ain't gonna say diet but I will say weight reduction -

I have pretty much done this 80% my stay with fatsecret anyway -

I will keep up with any posts tonight - I appreciate love and support and everything else - Back at ya!!

91.8 kg Lost so far: 17.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
