Was 203.4 Saturday and 202.4 today - no butter or oil today experiment -
91.8 kg Lost so far: 17.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Kevinlyfellow,Pocketpoc ,Proudmama412 thanks for the support - back at you / Today , breakfast - low carb bowl / Hardee's- eggs , sausage , bacon- I had nothing to eat until 10 and had to eat something - 500 calories Lunch , I had a buffalo chicken salad with ranch - cheese , croutons, unfortunately - I imagine 800 calories - utoh - Dinner- leftover shrimp , broccoli , onion stir fry with soy sauce - 400 s calories 1 - 2 liter of Pepsi 1 - plus 1 / 2 a 2 liter - my Achilles heel - Tomorrow - Breakfast Bacon , lettuce , tomato mayonnaise - over pork rinds - 500 calories - Lunch - tuna fish, pickles , onions , hard boiled egg , tomato , mayonnaise - 400 calories - Cobb salad , chicken , ranch , tomato , cucumber, onion - 500 calories Snacks - meat sticks - 300 calories - Fluids - I will let you know
