Happy New Year everyone!
I've had a tough 4 weeks with the flu..which they now believe I may have pneumonia for crying out loud! I'll find out today. Hence no loss but no gain either! I can live with that considering I've not been active other than coughing and lifting the TV remote and eating anything easy. No, being sick did not affect my appetite other than picking the quick higher calorie food.
Anyway , I've made it through without a gain and I'll take that!
Hope you all ha a Fantastic Holiday Season and got to do all the wonderful things I didn't.
May 2018 bring us all into Focus and Light.
Alot has changed in my life since my last check in...some for the good and some for the sad.
I just know my motivation moving forward is somewhat greater. I feel it.
Keep on looking ahead and with our support for eachother we can achieve our goals.
