Accountability post Day 6. Today is Day 6 of my open-ended Snake Juice fast.
Yesterday I started my real & true period since I stopped birth control a while ago. The pain is almost unbearable so a really hot water bottle feels good.

67.1 kg Lost so far: 30.4 kg. Still to go: 15.0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 3.2 kg a Week
