I'm feeling a lot better - I exercised several times this weekend and really focused on making good choices for meals.
I usually don't plan out my calories too well - I think I'm ok and then at dinnertime, I barely have enough budgeted for dinner. I'm starting to get in a better mindset with that!
We bought lots of fresh fruits and veggies - including local strawberries that are small and sweet! I just have to make sure I'm sharing with my 10 month old!
I'm glad that the weight I put back on in the last few weeks is starting to come off.
The goal for this week is exercise!!!
