I agree, impressive, well done. Suggestion: I have been where you came from (only heavier) so.........Weigh in once a week and RECORD it. It creeps back on but I have found that as long as I am careful and keep an eye on it then I can control.

Wow marika you have done so well! I am just beginning my journey. I need to lose about 10kg. What is your secret? Was it really just the food changes?? Did you keep a good diary everyday? Or did you amp up the exercising?? That's fabulous. Well done. X

hi jojostep, i started doing a ketogenic diet combined with intermittent fasting (16/8 fast schedule and regular 24 hr fasts as well) and strength training 2-3 times per week. a weekly weigh in and food diary as well. Also online communities for low carbers on facebook as well as lots of reading on low carb/keto....seems like a lot of big changes to make but really over seven months they equate to a few changes overall
