Crazy carb train has ended. This morning I was up to 391.4 lots of pounds added on because of carbs. Today I was more controlled even barely in keto Yay... Back to it girl!!
177.5 kg Lost so far: 29.8 kg.    Still to go: 18.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
