Finally made it to plain old 170. Pretty glad that I didn't gain weight because that is what I expected. I lost almost two lbs of fat. I'm trying to stick closely to the diet this week so that I can have a chance to get into the 160's. Dream, dream dream... I am going to set a new goal once I reach 169. I would love to get there before the new year.
