Christmas time is here -
A nightmare for responsible eaters everywhere -
With memories of gorging yesteryear dancing in our head -
The day after we did dread -
With good intent now all through our minds -
Candy , cookies , sugar , processed foods appear of all kinds -
We hate these people who eat this and gain no weight -
When we even look at food we gain 8 -
Eat a little here or there because we care -
So the day after you can look in your mirror and stare -
And think to yourselves I beat the darn food -
Because we want to look and feel good -
I 've planted this in my head now through for the new year -
And this i know will give me good cheer -

Yesterday food entries

No breakfast

Yesterday had the cannoli, , 3 slice turkey pieces 1/4 inch cut, 1 large bowl of salad Cobb salad , 2 deviled eggs (couldn't stop) -

Supper - chicken and broccoli -

Pork rinds for snack

I drank my diet sodas through the day and it kept me hydrated - my guilty pleasure -
Since I am full a lot , I don't have cravings -As far as eating , it is a pleasure because I eat good food that I like -
I think the biggest challenge for me was finding good food I liked -

So ,!I wrote a list down of what I ate and went to the store and spent a long time looking at labels- I actually had store workers see what I was doing because they thought I was a nut job. Lol. My task was to look for foods low carb (following Atkins) and made these discoveries -

Breads, pasta, sauces were high carb and calorie laiden-
I started eating a hamburger without a bun. I ate eggs with no toast. I ate more fresh vegys to stay away from salt in cans -
I ate more salads and soups and drank more fluids - sorry diet soda included - and felt better pretty quickly -

It gave me a starting point and i really benefitted from it -

Sorry , rambling man took over -

I have problems sharing because I'm a nice person and people take advantage of me that way .
I feel appreciated here as I appreciate you all . Thank you for that .

Picture of breakfast , 2 eggs over easy , 1 cup broccoli , butter, 3 slices Jennie 0 turkey thin from deli, oregano, onion powder , - I am going to start measuring a littlle better for new year.

Not if but when - BOOM!!!!!!!
92.8 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week
