Back where I was, even down 0.2 pounds, since my diet train was temporarily de-railed for about 4 days last week! Yay😊 Now to maintain control while back in this city of yummy food options! Seems like there's a dealer on every corner just pushing you to give in and "take a hit or 2 or 3!" (donuts, cookies, cake, ice cream, pizza) Lol😊 Maybe I'll throw in a 24 hour fast tomorrow. This will help me spiritually and physically and hopefully shift my focus off of food onto the Lord and His strength that is made perfect in my weakness. Have a wonderful day everyone.
