I had another ice cream - done now - I am getting back today - tempting fate and not winning - being honest - onward and downward - I was bad in the morning with mcd's with a sausage burrito- we will see results tomorrow - sorry guys
95.2 kg Lost so far: 13.7 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Why sorry? Honestly was it worth it? Was it good? How Long has it been since you had that? You've lost 30 lbs so far. Be proud of what you've done. It's hard work. Keep it up. And allow yourself your weaknesses sometimes otherwise you'll go overboard. In the begining if I was "good" all week. I had a free day on saturday and believe me it helped me a lot. Keep up the hard work.

Totally agree with Zacali! You're doing great. I love ice cream and can't imagine not having some. I just figure it into my eating plan for the day when I know I want some. I monitor the portions and frequency of course but I refuse to deny myself completely. Keep up the good work!

You can’t ever say no or you’ll only want that one thing. Portion control. I know I’m just getting started again but I’m still down 30lbs from my original weight loss.

If you MUST have Icecream use 1 cup frozen strawberries or other berries a couple drops of liquid splenda and 2 oz of heavy whipping cream. Strawberries have 11g of carbohydrates per cup total before fiber is subtracted and are allowed on OWL

Wow!! Thanks for the support - Words cannot express all the great things going on right now and all of the great people I have rubbed elbows with on the site . I totally hope it spills over to all of you - To those struggling I hope that peace of mind may come over you and give you strength. Again I can't tell you all how much I appreciate you.

I can’t live without the cold of something like ice cream and I know it! So I do protein shakes with a vanilla protein veggie powder and almond milk and greek yogurt, ice and Hershey’s special dark cocoa and all sorts of stuff. LOL For me, they satisfy that ice cream craving. Especially if I have the yogurt in them. I can portion them up and freeze parts of them to eat later in the day or the next day and I normally make a few flavors at a time so I have a bit of choice. We all find ways around it. 🤷🏻‍♀️
