Ugh 3 weeks of stress eating, a week visiting the grandchildren and a week traveling and moving have really taken their toll.
But now that I’m settle in the Great Canadian frozen Arctic it’s Time to buckle down and get back to eating right!
81.7 kg Lost so far: 30.9 kg.    Still to go: 25.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
