Not a happy bunny over this. Not tantrum unhappy, but unhappy nonetheless. Oh well, just have to try a little harder. Happy hump day friends.

Speaking of energy and moving - I expect to do much better once I get the energy to start exercising.

Tommorow starts my day off for the week. I should do better on my diet. I am heading to natures food patch independent Organic, gluten free ect grocery store, cafe get. The owners of this store actually go to the farms,of alot of their vendors and check out their practices.

Hang in there! Don't let it get you down. I've not lost..I've gained but I'm dusting off ..possibly found my additional culprit and moving ahead. I'm with ya!

Thank you everyone - I'm not discouraged, just irritated with the scale. I just came off of a 12-hour work day (should have been 8 but I had to write a proposal) and it's late (9:00 pm) so dinner will be skipped today. Not how I want to drop weight, but it probably will help. This won't become a habit - I enjoy my meals too much. 😊
