The scales weren't real friendly today, but I have lost inches and attribute the lack of weight loss to muscle gain as I have been doing a lot of stairs and squats. It was closer to 2 pounds, but I round up so next week will have a big loss.
176.4 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg.    Still to go: 85.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
