Almost in the single-digits (to go)! 

I know it’s crazy. I think I’m gonna reset it for 164 though as my 2018 goal but I’m so proud that f the Work I’ve done. Thank you for all your encouragement.

You have done amazing. You should really be proud of yourself. Great job! 

I’m really proud of myself. It’s hard sometimes, but easier than I thought before I got started. I’m actually on track to lose what people who were my size before lose with weight loss surgery and I didn’t get the surgery. I did it by myself. 

Good for you. You're an inspiration to a lot of us. 

I am also proud of the people who go through with the surgery it just wasn’t fo me.
