I LOST, I LOST, DO NOT BE SURPRISED BY THE AMOUNT, I HAVE NOT WEIGHED IN FOR SEVERAL WEEKS, SO IT LOOKS BIG, BUT IT ALSO HAS BEEN AWHILE. I AM VERY GRATEFUL. AM STILL HOPING TO BEGIN EXERCISING THIS MONTH. CURRENTLY THE ONLY EXERCISE I HAVE BEEN GETTING IS DURING MY EFFORTS TO DE-CLUTTER MY HOME. I THINK I COULD DO THIS DE-CLUTTERING FOR A LIVING, I AM GETTING REALLY GOOD AT IT. AND EFFIDENTLY IT WORKS FOR WEIGHT LOSS ALSO.
