So, I've got my weight down... a bit higher than my goal, but my body fat is finally where I want it to be (I can see my abs clearly again!), so now, phase #2.

I started off looking like Screech from Saved By The Bell, went to more Bruce Lee (skinny/strong), and now it's time to work on the more Brad Pitt body style.

The weights at the gym are getting too heavy to lift on this caloric deficit diet of 1500 kcals/day.

Increasing the dietary fat significantly and carbs from <15g/day (keto) to around 60g (lchf) and doubling the caloric intake to give me the energy again to increase my lifts.

Let the gains begin!
68.9 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
