Blah! I went from 167.4. doing great. Then I go visit my family for 5 days. Let me just say, a ton of food, pie and leftovers were my meals. Not to mention seeing friends and going to a brewery. Time to get back on track. I am hoping this is a spike in water weight.
79.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 15.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
