Fell to temptation of muffins yesterday. Not supposed to be having any starch or sugar yet. Threw half of blueberry muffin in trash but ate a whole chocolate one. Doesn't look like I'll have a weight loss this Wednesday at TOPS. Tomorrow supposed to go out to lunch with Mexican Dominos group.
