Accountability post day 25. Now I know it will take me 24hrs to get back into ketosis. I couldn't post yesterday so I'm posting today.
I've noticed that when sittting in a regular chair, my buttocks or lack thereof REALLY HURTS NOW, no more extra padding!!!
I know that I want my body to be free from poisons that I can control. I still feel awesome!!! #SnakeDiet #SnakeJuiceFast #ColeRobinson
