I ate 2x yesterday (small amounts) 4:1 veg to protein/fats
I feel great and slept amazing!!!
I have restarted another #SnakeJuiceFast last night after eating. My ketone strip this morning was still dark, about 8mmol/L so burning body fat like crazy!!!!
