I seem really obsessed with this and need to focus on the family and issues more - I will do this but this is how I got here - balance is my weakness and that is what I strive for - The important things and people are priority - I am doing this for me but the " others" are most important right now - Trudging through and taking my advice , best of days to u all
100.2 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.5 kg a Week

It's a delicate thing, this balance. I have a much simpler life, but I'm challenged by it as well. Keep the faith, my friend, and I'll stand with you.

I know how you feel - having to do something is different than wanting to do it on your on on your own time - - there are so many good foods to cook - the sauces are the killer - enjoy grilling / soups - crock pot - shizkabobs - stir fry - I love food too - goals are waiste size - compliments , they will be a coming and your family and friends - eat out at Chinese buffet - think I am crazy - u can make your own barbecue and control ingredients - salmon - salads - vegys and maybe a little desert - I don't see many heavier Chinese people- watch calories - arbys gyros are great discard the carbs / I am excited for u / once you find some good combinations you will find more and more - good luck - - we are with you

Family is the most important thing so focus on that but try to stay with us if possible. You need some external support as well.
