Had a Friendsgiving on Sunday -- while I was good with my portion control, it was still a lot of food that I typically stay away from (lots of sodium and carbs). Working on shedding that.

Thankfully, we're not doing anything for Thanksgiving, so I can stick to my normal food routine.
