A good couple of days - good success using holson burger witha onions with McCormick Chicago steak spices with a little oil - put in with a little water- Soup if u like - had a couple bud selects yesterday because I had the happy hour at work - / drinking Pepsi one and water , tea rotisserie chicken and broccoli - eggs bacon no sugar working for me - my basic diet / shrimp - salads with ranch less no cheese - thank u everyone for support
