dr. appointment yesterday went great.she said i was the poster person for turning health around.lost 12lbs. since last visit.she is keeping me on metformin only cuz its helping me lose weight but my insulin level is normal again.it was 21 3 months ago now its 6.cholesterol was 198 now 181.triglycerides were 217 now 164.ldl was 118 now 91.i feel great.she also said i should be seeing 160 soon.HAPPY CINCO DE MAYO!!!!!

78.0 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg. Still to go: 21.3 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

YAY YOU!!! On a side note, I can't any of my doctors to run an insulin test. They say the A1c gets the same results. Must be because of the type of insurance I have. You are doing so great! (((HUGS)))
