so happy.dropped 2 more lbs. so i may not be 170 for my doc appointment tomorrow but i dont care.i finally have this moving in the right direction.i know the scale at office will say more but i know the truth.i beleive the reason for this awesome change is cutting out cheese and dried fruit and exercising for an hr. about 3 times a week.everything else is the same.used to just do a moderate 30 min.i cant tell u how excited i am.my oldest daughter fell off the diet wagon a little is back on board.my son is going to be a dad come nov.(my birthday month).i have very fertile children.there was a time in my life i felt like i was always pregnant.my hubby and i had blood work done yesterday.he got a cute little blood with gentle hands and i got a vampire.i have a huge bruise on my arm.at least we went out to bob evens for breakfast.great place for good food choices.i cant wait til doc takes me off my meds.high blood pressure, cholesterol/triglyc.,metformin.had to put air on yesterday.beautiful day in ohio.gonna be hot again.hubby has to go to south carolina for a few days saturday.now thats hot.ok thats enuf run on sentences for now.hope everybody gets a second wind if they have been feeling off track.it feels amazing. also started drinking my water at room temp. read something about it helps digest the food quicker.whatever it is maybe a combo but i am sooo thrilled again.

Great job on the weight loss; sometimes it just takes doing something different to jolt the metabolism. I love cheese, but it is not a weight loser's friend. It is all fat calories and lots of them. And the worst of it is, once I get started eating it, I can't stop. So, I do my best to stay away from it too. Keep up the good work.
