The weight jumps around a bit still, but the powerlifting is paying off! With the weights on the bar going up, the muscles are definitely getting bigger...

The weight looks like it isn't moving very fast on the scale and the measurements of my arms, chest, and legs seem to be only slightly larger *HOWEVER* I have lost 6% body fat and 2" from my waist in the past month!

I shed fat from my arms, legs, THEN stomach. The arms and legs have barely any fat layer anymore... just working that last 2" from the waist - still a little jiggly.

Current: 21% body fat @ 155#
Goal: 15% body fat @ 145-150#
70.3 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
