seem to be gaining an loosing the same 5 lbs. Once this blasted bronchitis is gone - Ill have to pick up the hard core workouts to get these last 10lbs off for ever!
66.0 kg Lost so far: 36.0 kg.    Still to go: 7.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
