...Yes, yes...I've been doing the "I'm ashamed of my regression so I'm going to avoid weighing-in at all costs" thing. I visited my parents for a week and did a monstrous backslide, gaining almost ten pounds by the time I made it home.....

...this brings me to the conclusion that I have no self-control when it comes to food, and the best way for me to stay on track with this diet is to simply not have temptation in my house. If there's no cookies around, I won't be wanting them. So for the last week and a half I've been struggling to get my weight back down to where it was, and have been managing fairly well thus far. I still need to get my growing ass back to the gym, and have been using long hours at work as a excuse to not go (shame on me).

So this is to getting my rear back in gear, refocusing on good health habits and all that jazz.
82.1 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
