A small victory after a few weeks of a plateau, so I'm happy to see my number go down a little.
I haven't been dedicating enough time to exercise - I'm getting it here and there, but not consistently.
However, today we're walking the 5K at work -ready or not! I think we'll do fine - as long as the rain lets up for a little while! I'm going to try and take my phone and use my endomondo app so I can track my route and calories - it will be fun to see.
