I don't think this is entirely accurate but I'll take it! (weighed on different scales last week I think I've actually lost a pound-it's still a loss 😊)
82.6 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
