Good morning everyone. After 2 weeks of constant stressing about the scale, I am going to try to take advice from a fellow dieter and only weigh myself once a month. It's going to be tough but I believe it's better for my mental health😊
Also, started exercising this morning. Someone recommended Walk Away the Pounds on YouTube. It was a great way to walk 2 miles in my home. It was low impact but still got my heart rate up and caused me to sweat as I hadn't been exercising at all. I plan to do this at least 4x week for about a month and will then intensify exercise.
Down 37 pounds since July 10th! About 75 more pounds to go!!! (I increased my goal by 4 pounds)
