YIPPEE SKIPPEE!! Down a pound finally and at last! Plus broke into a new "decade" on the scale, which always feels like a big accomplishment to me. So I'm a happy camper!

63.0 kg Lost so far: 57.2 kg. Still to go: 1.8 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
