Well its been a few weeks and still under goal, have been eating a few more carbs here and there and I had to eat some German food, Have another Food Festival Monday evening in Jupiter for the Palm Beach Chefs association
86.6 kg Lost so far: 107.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
