Watching my sugar intake seems to getting some sort of result. I am not diabetic nor do I want to be so I am trying to watch my intake. Also back to drinking all my water for the day. My goal is 6 16 oz. bottles per day.
121.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 37.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.2 kg a Week

nice! I cut out a lot of sugar and pasta, bread and chips. Made me fat and always hungry: (
