Barefoot running every other day now for 30 minutes + warmup/cooldown.

On the off-days, I have been cycling and stretching + kettlebells.

Eating smaller portions of high-fat (and tons of water) is making the breaks between meals longer without the cravings.

I love this stuff!
79.4 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 6.3 kg a Week
