Yesterday afternoon I did the park walk & then 20 mins of stretching. Drank water. Lay down for a nap when Gene came home & we both slept till 6pm. Supper was about a cup of brown rice & 2 cups broccoli & chicken casserole, 3/4c baked beans & 2c diet jello with fruit cocktail. My night time snack around 8.30 was a 100 cal popsicle.

Day 3

This morning have had my orange juice & pills. Trying to decide if I should go back to bed or go for my walk right away. I did'nt have a good sleep though, so I'm thinking bed might win. It was 3pm yesterday until I could talk myself into walking. My legs are not so sore this morning, which is good. But they kept me awake during the night until I finally took a T3. I didn't eat today until 1pm. Had a sl of ww bread & 2tsp marg, 1 hard boiled egg & lettuce leaves. Went back to bed until 2.30 & then made myself get up & shower. Took Abby to the park, the walk only took me 45 mins today but I was played out when I got home. Lay down & Gene joined me when he got home. Got back up after 6. Had the same supper as last night, without the baked beans. Drank water. Went downstairs & did my 20 mins of stretching. Lily came at 8 to do my nails. Had a 100 cal popsicle after she left. Started feeling hungry around 10.30, had some cashews. Was still hungry at 1am, so had 1/2 w grain bun with butter. Went to bed at 2am.
95.1 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 33.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
