Woohoo! This week is going so great, 225.4.

Lowest I have been since around 2003. Aint no stopping me now! Lol, coworker just showed up with donuts. I said "no thanks!".

Yesterday's fudds was nice. I know what calories are in stuff, had a nice small burger with veggies, and it all worked out. Smoothie after workout for dinner last night. I even had Peanut Butter and Nutella in it!

I did an awesome ride on my bike after work yesterday. I had to rush to get out before sundown, and there were many people doing the same. It is nice to exercise and see lots of other people doing it, but it makes for crowded walkways/paths. Not to worry as the dirt here makes a fine biking platform.

:O No to donuts? You're doing it, my friend! LOL. Actually, it's not THAT hard to say no when you're on a roll, is it? At least, that's what I experience. Reaching new lows will motivate and keep you going. Well done, and welcome back to 2003. :)
