Yes! in December I weighed 202, so it feels pretty good to be below 170, even a little. Today I 'm wearing new exercise clothes to class. :o)
77.0 kg Lost so far: 14.6 kg.    Still to go: 15.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
