Another 1.2 pounds lost but weight loss is so slow right now. I need to do something to pick up the pace. I guess it's time to add regular exercise!
124.9 kg Lost so far: 14.2 kg.    Still to go: 36.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don't fret too much over it .. you are still losing, and slow and steady wins the race! I am a big advocate of exercise though .. mostly because it makes me feel and look better, and it adds to my calorie deficit. You are doing great!

Yes you are losing, slow and steady ??? You also might want to think about adding a 16:8 way of eating to lose weight faster..This did help me pick the pace up, and You can start and stop anytime which also works, A Lot about it on you tube...Good Luck !!!
