Flying thin is so much better than flying fat! I used to dread flying – and would make sure to check seatguru before I booked my flight to see if I could find a plane with a bit more space. I would take everything out of my pockets, wedge myself into the seat, buckle up, and hunch my shoulders for the entire trip. But this time – 123lbs lighter – I could just walk to my seat, sit down (relatively) comfortably and relax for the flight. I even left my cellphone and wallet in my pockets!
Good to be back from my trip. Looks like the walking/dancing/running/teaching compensated for the extra calories and carbs– down 2lbs from my last weigh in.
