Had trouble with my diabetes and had a medication increase my appetite went out of control gain a lot of weight was up to 252 lbs. But got rid of medication and got a handle on my diabetes and have slowly gotten my weight down.

104.3 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
