sadly there was no change in my weight as I have been having trouble finding the time and energy to do all of my exercises.

I had trip over my own fit about two months ago and severely pulled a back muscle I could not even walk without wearing a back brace so for two months I could not do any exercises and then to top it off I just can't seem to stop eating so I have ended up gaining 9 lbs back and it feels more like fifty pounds. I am finally able to exercise but have only worked up to about an hour a day hope to get back up to my three hours a day soon and I am fighting the need to eat all the time but it not easy that is for sure!

It has been a really crazy and hectic few months I did not lose any weight over this time but I did not gain any either I stayed right at the 216 lbs and seeing that I had cookies given to me by three different people as their Christmas gift I think I did really well maintaining the same weight. Plus I was unable to exercise for two weeks pulled a muscle and them sick as a dog. So I think I did great just holding even and yes I ate those cookies but I also doubled my exercises any day I ate any cookies.

Not sure that is an accurate weight as over the last two weeks the scale has said any where from 212 to 219 and it is an electronic scale and I just put a new battery in it three weeks ago. I guess my weight could be bouncing around like that but I find that hard to believe seeing I have MS and my energy levels have dropped do to the cold so I am no longer able to do my daily exercises but I am eating less that I do when I am exercising.

My scale was not working so I used the Hospital's scales today my own scales say I weigh 116.8 but earlier this week they said I only weighed 112 so something is wrong with them I think unless I lost and gained 4 lbs over a few days.
