So this is day 2...had an excellent day 1. My digestive system decided to work again...probably the no bread option...other carbohydrates in small amounts BUT no bread. Exercise wise...we did a family walk the dog last night..only 1.5km around the block butnita a start. I did a doggie walkie this morning again...30min..getting the muscles working again.
142.6 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 42.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
