On the proverbial wagon again. Starting.off not being too restrictive. Following the Fat Secret Balanced Meal Plan with lots of calorie intake just to adhere to the better choices. Then reducing it every week. also going to switch out plans to Low Carb High Protein etc just to change it up a bit. I get bored quickly🤭

So yesterday physical exercise involved the unloading and packing of 500 bricks. And physically carrying 260 bricks over a 20m area back and forth. All in the spirit of repaving the backyard. 💪 I believe this was equivalent to quite a gym workout.😅

And so it starts...had a great day yesterday. No junk -goal is to only eat food made at home. So no takeaway burgers or sandwiches. If I want to eat it I must make it at home. Well at least 90% of the time.
Also did physical labour yesterday - with a spade removed a patch of lawn 😅 hectic! Every muscle I forgot I had is stiff today. 💪
